Additionally, Jeff Speck is a Certified Green Builder by the National Association of Home Builders and strives to meet all “Green” needs of the individual homeowners. Many exciting products from fast, renewable resources, such as bamboo, can be used for cabinets and flooring etc upon request. Energy saving appliances, lighting, and automatic shut-offs can be provided as well. Furthermore, mulching of demolition waste is available at your request. Jade also recycles all recyclable items used at the office location along with using energy-efficient techniques, daily.

Jade Enterprises wants to stand out from competitors, one way Jade Enterprises does this is through the use of project managers. Jade has eight project managers each in charge of one job at a time. This means they are on the job at all times to help avoid mistakes, miscommunications or hazardous conditions. Our project managers are hands-on, skilled professionals who schedule the process and coordinate the trade contractors.  They also order and inspect quality of the material used in the project.  Our project managers oversee professional workmanship and attitudes as well as prevent hazardous situations. With a project manager on the job site the homeowner will feel comfortable leaving their home during the day knowing that the project is being monitored. Our project managers work closely with the homeowner to insure that each step in the process  is completed to the homeowners’ expectations, ultimately fulfilling their dreams for their home.

We went with Jade for the project, and they finished on time and under budget-almost unheard of in the remodeling industry." The complexity of the addition was increased by the unusual geometry of our house combined with our location on the western foothills of the Sandia Mountains adjacent to a large arroyo. The Jade architect provided a very innovative design with maximum views within strict space restrictions. The addition was completed within 10% of the original contract price despite the difficult location and some minor changes that we chose to make during construction. The project was bid with top-notch performance (subcontractors, suppliers, materials, in-house expertise and supervision) in the original contract price. Jade made remodeling a pleasant experience, considering the difficult task they undertook. The use of a top notch, full time on-site working construction supervisor for the duration of the effort was a huge plus. Because of their superb performance, we intend to use Jade in 2011 to remodel our kitchen. We are totally satisfied with the addition and highly recommend Jade." ~Mr. and Mrs."

    "We were extremely pleased and satisfied with our recent kitchen remodel by Jeff Speck and Jade Enterprises.We were referred to Jade by a coworker who praised Jade’s rescue of his remodel.  Born skeptics, we wondered if Jade’s price would be out of reach.  Their estimate was detailed and thorough.  We met the subcontractors; and both they and Jade explained each step and each estimate to us.  After the first few weeks of the remodel we realized what a bargain Jade Enterprises was. Our foreman Doug was knowledgeable and approachable.  He was always available and answered our questions immediately.  Doug made sure the various subcontractors were on schedule and the work they did was top-notch.  When I asked one subcontractor why they all seemed to know each other, he replied, “Jade Enterprises hires the contractors we go to ourselves when we want work done on our own houses.”  We were given a selection of businesses that Jade had worked with in the past.  Staff at each business were courteous, professional, and spent the time necessary for us to feel comfortable with our selections. When a couple of unexpected problems were found during the remodel, Jade brought the issues to our attention and made sure we had the complete perspective.  Jade made sure the job was done right, rather than hope we wouldn’t notice problems until later. I will attest, Jade Enterprises did the job right and we couldn’t be happier with our new kitchen.  We offer our recommendation for Jade’s work without reservation and would choose to work with them should we pursue any other remodel. ~John &"
