Jeff and Debra Speck

President/Vice President

Owners of the company, Jeff and Debra Speck have been involved in the Building/Remodeling industry for the past 30 years. When Jeff’s construction experience met Debra’s business experience Jade (Jeff And Debra) Enterprises was born. In the early days of Jade Enterprises Jeff and Debra worked on the projects together. As work increased associates were hired to manage the projects and the couple’s time was quickly taken up with office responsibilities. Jeff’s ability to see the potential of a home helps him in the design and estimating process. Debra oversees business financials, human resources and investments.

Jessica Speck

Human Resources/Marketing

Jessica graduated from Anderson School of Management with her Bachelors in Marketing and her Masters in Human Resources and Organizational Development. She is currently working for Jade Enterprises to learn the challenges and achievements of owning a business. She enjoys working for her parents and learning from their experience. Jessica would one day like to be successful in business so she can travel the world and have a home on the beach.

Jade Enterprises’ Project Managers:

Each project manager is highly skilled and experienced in home construction. Each project manager typically runs one job at a time, depending on the size of the job. Their main tasks include setting up a control station, overseeing and assisting each trade associate and coordinating the process to assure the project is completed with Jade’s quality of workmanship.

 

James Joyce

James began his career with Jade Enterprises in 1990 as a helper but quickly advanced to project manager. He is now a project estimator and coordinator.  James manages the small project and callbacks department.   In addition, as safety coordinator, James  is certified by the EPA to handle lead contaminated projects. James oversees the cost accounting, scheduling and purchasing.  James is married with three children. His dream is to watch my kids grow, enjoy life and continue working at Jade.

Sebastian Meyer

Sebastian started his career with Jade Enterprises in 1992. He is currently a project manager/supervisor.  Sebastian joined the Jade Team after returning home from the Gulf War.  Sebastian’s artistic talent and vast experience on the job sites has earned him great recognition and many awards.  He is certified by the EPA for handling lead contaminated sites.  Sebastain is married with three children. One day he hopes to hike across the country from Canada to the Baja of Mexico.

Doug Cheves

Doug began working for Jade Enterprises in 1994. He is currently a project manager with great knowledge on the job. Doug was the founder of a local ski shop which he and his wife ran for 15  years.  He is a great resource for construction and business questions alike.  Doug is married with two grown children.  In his younger days Doug played college baseball.  His lifelong dream is to keep managing jobs for Jade, travel and play golf.

Rick Simpson

Rick has worked with Jade Enterprises 12 years.  Ricks’ specialty is new construction.  Rick played semi-pro baseball and today enjoys a good round of golf with his girlfriend and making wonderful desserts for company picnics.  Rick has 4 adult children.  His burning desire is to work for Jade, playing golf and fish.

John Kastelic

John started working for Jade Enterprises in 2004.  John’s specialty is commercial projects. He also has a great way of pleasing customers and meeting their specific needs by using creative solutions.  Johns children are grown and he and his wife stay busy with their grandchild and their 8 dogs.  John would like to continue managing jobs for Jade, travel, hunt, fish and hike.

Matt Spader

Matt started working for Jade Enterprises in 2007.  Matt is a project manager/master carpenter.  His specialty is woodworking and he brings an artistic value to his projects.  Matt is an avid ice climber.  Matt is married with two children.   Matt enjoys being a loving and dedicated family man to his wife and children.

Amadeo Trujillo

Amadeo began working for Jade Enterprises in 2004.  He is a lead carpenter for the Jade Enterprises and highly enjoys being hands on when completing a project for Jade.  Amadeo is an avid fishermen and out-doorsman.   Amadeo would one day like to base jump.

Matthew Van Wettering

Matthew began his career with Jade Enterprises in 2008.  Matthew began as a helper and quickly advanced to project manager.  Matthew is detail oriented and has a vast skill base, he enjoys building something that will stand the test of time.  In his time in this field he has received an award on a new home project and a remodel project.  He is married with two young children.

Mark Spader

Mark has worked for Jade Enterprises for a total of 10 years as a project manager.  Currently Mark works with James on many of the small projects.  Mark  enjoys fishing, camping, hiking, casual poker and flying R/C planes.

    "We were extremely pleased and satisfied with our recent kitchen remodel by Jeff Speck and Jade Enterprises.We were referred to Jade by a coworker who praised Jade’s rescue of his remodel.  Born skeptics, we wondered if Jade’s price would be out of reach.  Their estimate was detailed and thorough.  We met the subcontractors; and both they and Jade explained each step and each estimate to us.  After the first few weeks of the remodel we realized what a bargain Jade Enterprises was. Our foreman Doug was knowledgeable and approachable.  He was always available and answered our questions immediately.  Doug made sure the various subcontractors were on schedule and the work they did was top-notch.  When I asked one subcontractor why they all seemed to know each other, he replied, “Jade Enterprises hires the contractors we go to ourselves when we want work done on our own houses.”  We were given a selection of businesses that Jade had worked with in the past.  Staff at each business were courteous, professional, and spent the time necessary for us to feel comfortable with our selections. When a couple of unexpected problems were found during the remodel, Jade brought the issues to our attention and made sure we had the complete perspective.  Jade made sure the job was done right, rather than hope we wouldn’t notice problems until later. I will attest, Jade Enterprises did the job right and we couldn’t be happier with our new kitchen.  We offer our recommendation for Jade’s work without reservation and would choose to work with them should we pursue any other remodel. ~John &"
